Look no further for your family lawyer, this is the firm you need. The domain of Family Law and the Family Law Court is confronting, confusing and emotionally overwhelming. Your choice of family lawyer will play a crucial role in this very stressful part of your life. Michael Conley Lawyers will provide you with their wealth of experience, foresight and integrity in advising and leading you through this emotionally charged time; always taking particular care to protect the interests of you as well as the future of the children who may be involved. My advice to all who find themselves in this position is to remember that you are trying to solve a problem, not win a battle. You can be confident in the knowledge that Michael and his team will provide you with sound advice and achieve the best possible outcome for you based on their professional opinion and expertise. Your aim is to navigate your way to an effective resolution. Forming a trusting relationship with your family lawyer as early as possible is of enormous benefit as some of the most important decisions are made at or very soon after the time of separation. If you leave selecting a lawyer too long, or fail to follow their advice, or are on the phone or email to them constantly, you will end up with a more expensive, protracted process. Be realistic, stay focused, and let this caring team look after you. You will be in exceptionally good hands.

Good lawyers Not sure why this man queried questions and they stopped work. Im a single mum with hardly any money (borrowing from mum to pay their fees ) and i queried my bill once and they went to the trouble to explain and chared bit less on this occasion. I have been a hard customer i must say as i do call and ask questions and speak to reception who in turn will ask my lawyer then reception will call me back with answers as its free through reception. I can’t afford to pay for everything. So they have been accommodating. Their advice is good and i would only suggest to go with these lawyers.. nothing bad to say. Also take their advice i spoke with x husband and agreed on a figure when i could have received more listening to lawyers advice.

I had a poor experience with Michael Conley, his associate and his Forensic Accountant. I thought they were inefficient and delivered a poor service. I was charged more than $120,000, without resolution of my case. When I queried some charges they immediately stopped work. This was at a very crucial stage and I was forced to take over the case myself. I was very disappointed by their conduct because I had been a client for more than 18 months and had paid more than $100,000 in fees. I would not recommend Michael Conley Lawyers for family law work, based on my experience
