I have known Raymond and his team for many years and they have always given first class service over a wide range of areas. My latest experience as last Thursday before Easter Friday. I had an extremely urgent issue and was given Raymond’s mobile phone number by his staff. I contacted Raymond and he gave his normal blunt assessment. This was followed up by a number of emails to him. Fortunately the matter was resolved without going down the legal road, but Raymond kept in touch to monitor this matter even though he had no direct involvement.
