Annmarie has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 2001 and specialises in all aspects of family law. She has extensive experience in complex property matters, children’s matters, financial agreements, international disputes including international relocation and de facto relationship matters. She offers prompt and personalised service and works in partnership with her clients to find tailored solutions to their family law issues at the earliest opportunity and through negotiation where possible. She also appears as an advocate in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court where settlement out of Court is not possible. Annmarie regularly volunteers at the WIRE Separation and Property Legal Clinic. Mimi graduated with a Juris Doctor from Melbourne University in 2018 and has been practising exclusively in family law since. Mimi has experience in parenting, property, divorce and intervention order matters. Mimi is committed to providing clear, calm and sensible advice to empower her clients. She takes a pragmatic approach to the resolution of family law disputes and aims to assist clients to achieve a cost-effective and early resolution of their family law matter without the need for litigation where possible. Mimi has a keen interest in issues relating to children and is passionate about achieving outcomes that are amicable, holistic and tailored to the specific circumstances of each family. Prior to her admission as a lawyer, Mimi was a volunteer at Women’s Legal Service and Research Assistant at Melbourne Law School. These experiences have equipped her with her with a strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding domestic violence intervention orders and child protection matters.
