    Make no effort in getting required documentation that is imperative!! had a blasé attitude that everything would be fine when its NOT. Left me and my family in a very bad situation! STAY AWAY!! You must make an effort from the START!! Very unprofessional. And then when it gets to hard dure to no effort made will ask for a large sum of money($15000) Thats right from a person with a family (4 Kids) that is injured and cant work STAY AWAY tim hurd is a disgrace!!

    I am so very thankful I chose this company for dealing with my difficult workers compensation claim.
    I had trouble finding a lawyer to represent me in Perth due to the line of work I was in and the company involved.
    I was introduced to Tim Hurd at Bradford legal and from the moment I met him I knew things would be fine. He is the most genuine honest and reliable lawyer I have ever met ‘I have met quite a few’ he took on my case and from day one and made me feel at ease. He assured me I didn’t need to worry about any of the ‘legal stuff’ anymore. I was told to focus on getting better after my injury, get treatment and rest. He took control of everything. He was always available to speak and if he was out of the office his wonderful staff Raelene or Alison did their best to answer my questions.
    They were all friendly, understanding and most of all Good at their job.
    When Tim said he would do something, he did it!
    I’ve dealt with many lawyers over the years and although I can’t quite put my finger on what it is about Tim that makes him so approachable, cool and calm yet fierce and brilliant at his job. I am glad to have had him on my side.

    I made the unfortunate mistake of allowing Bradfordlegal to handle my Medical Negligence claim. They very successfully extracted thousands of dollars from me, continually requesting more money until the statue of limitations ran out and any chance i had was completely gone. I took my entire file to 3 of Perths top Med Neg Law firms who insisted that i report this lawyer to the board. All 3 of the law firms responces were strickingly similar, and i quote “i dont know what this is supposed to be , this couldnt have possibility been drafted by a lawyer , this has to be a joke, “? I wont go into anymore details as what these tops Law Firms said , but suffice to say that Bradford Legal are very well known for extending the exact same service to many clients as i received. Do your research and avoid the nightmare that is Bradford Legal.
