    We came down from Canberra and Mr Tsolakis helped us buy our apartment at Bondi. He knew the area and what to look for in the contract and we got the prices down a bit. He also sorted out a very grubby agent. The bad reviewers here must be fakes or people he has run over stsicking up for his clients.

    Wife went in and waited to ask for JP service for several documents. He came and see my wife and checked on the documents but did not mention about the fee. By the time he wanted to JP, he asked for $30 fee. Wife refused to pay and he started become abusive. Exact words: “Go! Pack! Don’t Waste my Time!” My gosh! Solicitor with bad people skill!

    Vasso has represented me multiple times at Waverely Court and each time the correct and fair verdict has resulted. Easy to work with, brilliant results. Vasso looked after all police correspondence.

    Tsolakis handled my property conveyance poorly. I had to do most of the work chasing the title of the property and then they missed the settlement by one day because they were not ready. I wont be using them again.

    Charged me more than double of standard conveyancing fees and service was unsatisfactory. The solicitors incorrect names were listed in the property transfer of title. In addition the solicitors ‘forgot’ to communicate the change of title of the property to the Strata management of the property, resulting in late payment changes to us.
