I was quoted $330 for conveyancing on a property I made an offer on and they let me know it may be a little more if the property was a complex one. They sent a few emails to the agent and I spoke to them on the phone for 1hr discussing the contract of sale. My offer on the house wasn’t accepted, and they charged me $660 for their services. I was shocked. The property was not complex, it was just a small house on a small block on the main street. They told me I could appeal their charges and warned me that if I go down this route they will itemise their services and the charges could end up being more than $660. I am appalled with this company by how they treated me and basically threatened that if I question their charges they may charge me more. I find their services very unprofessional and very impersonal.

I HAD A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MARK CROSS FROM THEIR TEAM ON GETTING MY E3 VISA APPROVED ON TIME.
